Terms of Service

By creating a Bulbie account or using the Bulbie service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use Bulbie.

Bulbie is a project management and team collaboration platform provided by the Bulbie team ("we", "us"). We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Bulbie.

You may not share your account credentials or use another person's account without their permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to use Bulbie to:

• Distribute spam, malware, or illegal content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or other accounts
• Scrape or harvest data without our written permission
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

You retain ownership of all content you create in Bulbie. By using the service you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display that content for the purpose of providing the service.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload or share. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. All fees are stated in USD unless otherwise noted.

Subscriptions automatically renew. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.

The Bulbie brand, logo, design, and underlying software are our intellectual property. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the service.

Bulbie is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
