Our Story

Bulbie started because we were tired of juggling five different tools just to track a single project. We had Notion for docs, Jira for tasks, Slack for chat, Figma for designs, and a spreadsheet for everything else. Nothing talked to each other. Context was lost constantly.

So we built Bulbie — a single place where a team's ideas, tasks, conversations, files, and timelines all live together. Not another tool to integrate. The tool that replaces the others.

Bulbie is a full-stack project management platform with real-time chat, AI assistance, a mobile app, calendar sync, and deep integrations with the tools you already use. It's designed for indie teams, startups, and growing companies who need something more powerful than a to-do list but less bureaucratic than enterprise software.
